Diff rebuild complete

 Rebuild done.

A heap of work in cleaning and painting has been completed.

The diff centre has been rebuilt with new cones for the LSD, new bearings etc.

The tail shaft has new universals installed and the colour code reapplied.

The diff housing has been cleaned and repainted.

The axles have new bearings installed. The diff housing has new axle seals that were installed using a tool loaned from Acott Racing to make the install so much easier.

Here are all the parts ready to reinstall. New 5 leaf spings 1 inch lower plus replacement brake lines and U bolts for the diff housing to springs. 

Here is the diff all reassembled ready to reinstall.

The install is now complete and the car sits so much nicer and level. Sadly it is raining so will need to take some pics and update in the next day or so.
